Wagner Fluid Systems was formed by the acquisition of Advanced Fluid Systems International in 2002. Advanced Fluid Systems International was founded by Harold Neff in the early 80's. Mr. Neff, prior to opening AFS Int’l., was the Chief Senior Engineer for Lyco Systems.

Many of the process system designs and innovative methodologies for treating water and wastewater employed by Wagner Fluid Systems, are a result of Mr. Neff’s time proven successful installations.
